I am a freelance innovation expert helping organizations shape their product, ecosystem and business strategies. I’m engaged in many startup and innovation communities: coaching and doing startups due diligences for investors, working in various verticals (AI, quantum computing, medtechs) and as guest university speaker. I’m a member of the Science Advisory Board of ARCEP, the French telecom regulator. I share many techno-screening perspectives on my blog « Opinions Libres » (http://www.oezratty.net) including my in-depth report on the Las Vegas CES published every January since 2006, my thorough Startup Guide helping startups get up to speed, three ebooks on artificial intelligence in 2016, 2017 and 2018, and at last a 342 pages ebook on quantum computing in 2018. Beforehand, I was a software development engineer and R&D lead at Sogitec, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dassault Aviation, and had various marketing and business positions at Microsoft France from 1990 to 2005, including CMO and Director of Developer Evangelism. He has an Msc in Computer Science from Ecole Centrale Paris.
I’m a regular keynote speaker in various events covering topics like artificial intelligence, quantum computing, Las Vegas CES reports and innovation ecosystems, in English and French. I’m also delivering a course on artificial intelligence at Capgemini Institut as well as one on quantum computing.
I’m an amateur photographer and author and cofounder of the initiative « Quelques femmes du numérique ! », http://www.qfdn.net.
