Frederic is the Country Chief Digital Officer of the Principality of Monaco.
He is in charge of all activities relative to digital for the Principality (Infrastructure, telco, IT, e-administration, smart city, e-communication, e-security, e-education, e-security, e-health, innovation, blockchain…). A member of the Prince’s government, he leads a team of 110 people and attends the Council of Ministers to push the digital agenda
Previously Frederic worked at Google in Mountain View and Paris as Head of retail, helping key retailers go through their digital transformation. At Google France, Frederic was a key member of Google France leadership team. Before that Frédéric worked at Amazon.fr where he launched and grew the sports business and Orange where he held senior roles in strategy and marketing both in France and in the UK.
Frédéric graduated from ESCP Europe with a Master in Management and holds a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
He is a senior lecturer in digital strategy at ESCP Europe and board member at different start-ups and organizations.
Frédéric, 37, is both a Monegasque and Swiss citizen
