Axelle Lemaire is a Partner in the strategy consulting firm Roland Berger, where she leads the innovation network Terra Numerata. She held the position of Minister in charge of Digital affairs and Innovation in the French government from 2014 to 2017. During her term, she defended the law for a Digital Republic, which was co-built with citizens and unanimously adopted in Parliament. Previously elected as a member of Parliament, she was committed to topics such as gender equality, fight against modern slavery, or public policies for innovation and digital as drivers of progress and empowerment. Axelle Lemaire received the European Prize for Political Innovation in November 2017.
